This blog provides information regarding HIV testing in Bangkok. I guess you can also extract some information regarding AIDS and HIV in Pattaya. They claim some Thai pharmacies sell HIV test kits for around 20 to 300 Baht around Walking Street. Be advised those are just antibody tests and can not replace a clinical gen test for recent HIV infections. Better to go and visit a hospital or clinic for more reliable results.
