The Penthouse hotel in Pattaya offers great suites for wild parties. It hosts a bar in the first floor, the Kitten Club. Actually, you could spend an entire vacation in this hotel alone. They have just opened their mini spa and gym that is open to all hotel guests for free according to their website that also shows various party videos.
