Saigon Girl on Pattaya's Soi Yodsak was first opened in Sept 2007 by James and Jimmy and in July 2008 taken over by a new owner. The Thai hostesses wear skimpy uniforms like sexy nurses. They do know very well how to pay attention to visitors' special needs
